CMG Motorcycles (Promoter), are giving customers the chance to win an Arai Profile-V helmet.


  1. The promotion starts at 9am Monday 13th September and ends at 11.59pm Sunday 31st October (Promotional Period).

  2. To enter, simply purchase any item in store and complete the entry form.

  3. The promoter will attempt to contact a daily entrant a maximum of two times using the details provided at the time of entry. If the winner does not answer, an alternative winner will be drawn.

By entering into this Promotion, entrants have agreement to the Promoter's use of their personal information as stipulated by clause 15 of the Terms & Conditions Schedule set out below.


  1. The promoter is Euromarque Holdings Ltd trading as CMG Motorcycles, Company Number 346117 of Ainger Tomlin Ltd, Level 1, Ainger Tomlin House, 136 Ilam Road, Ilam, Christchurch (‘Promoter’).

  2. Any updates to these Conditions of Entry will be available within the competition post on our Facebook and Instagram page @CMG Motorcycles.

  3. ‘Disqualified Participants’ include all Euromarque Holdings Ltd employees and their immediate families.

  4. ‘Immediate Families’ include spouses, grandparents, parents, children, and grandchildren.

  5. Entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of the Rules and the specific rules and confirmation that the entrant has the necessary authority to enter the Promotion.

  6. The Promotion is open to New Zealand Residents only. Disqualified Participants may not enter in the Promotion.

  7. Euromarque reserve the right to exclude any person from participating in the Promotion on reasonable grounds.

  8. Euromarque reserve the right to refuse to award any prize to an entrant who Euromarque (at their discretion) have violated the Rules (including the Specific Rules), gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means.

  9. If requested by us, the winner must participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge. If you are the winner, you consent to us using your name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without compensation for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by us.

  10. Personal information provided at the time of entry is presumed to be true and, in the case of text or email notification – active, through to and beyond the date of the Promotion’s completion.

  11. Only the person who originally entered the Promotion can be awarded the prize (the ‘Winner’).

  12. The Winner will be determined in the manner set out in the Rules or the Specific Rules – if not specified then as determined by the Promoter who shall for this purpose be deemed the judge (the ‘Judge’).

  13. The Judge’s determination of the Winner will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  14. The Winner will be notified by email, phone (voice or text), mail or in person and must be available for the preparation of all publicity that may be required by Euromarque. Where attempts to contact the Winner fail (eg when the Winner cannot be contacted by phone after three attempts or mail sent is returned) the Judge will select another winner. If, after successful notification, the prize is not collected within two months of being announced it will be regarded as forfeit.

  15. All entrant personal details must be valid and up to date and will be held by Euromarque and may be used for the purpose of the Promotion and for future promotion and marketing purposes in accordance with Euromarque Privacy Policy unless otherwise directed by contestants at the time of entry.

  16. Prizes will be posted using the address information provided, unless the winner provides an alternative address at the time they are notified as being the winner. If prizes are not suitable for posting, we will determine the best delivery method. The winner should allow up to four weeks for delivery. We accept no responsibility for any lost or misdirected mail, or any damage to prizes caused in

  17. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If for any reason a prize is not available, we will substitute it for another prize of equal or higher value (in our discretion).

  18. Where the Winner is required to claim the prize in person, they must provide proper identification (eg driver’s licence, passport, birth certificate). If the Winner is under the age of 18 years their parent or legal guardian must accompany the Winner or give their prior written consent to the award of the Prize.
  19. The prize will be sent out within 14 working days if not discussed otherwise.

  20. Euromarque reserve the right to amend, vary, extend or discontinue a Promotion at any stage, for any reason.

  22. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If the Winner does not accept these Terms and Conditions the prize will be forfeited.

  23. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including direct or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prizes or this We accept no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning a prize.

  24. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for use of a prize which results in:

    • loss that was not reasonably foreseeable;

    • loss that was not caused by the our breach of these Conditions of Entry or by our negligence;

    • business losses (such as lost data, lost profits or business interruptions) or loss suffered by non-consumers;

    • losses caused by factors which could reasonably be considered to be outside our control (such as faults in third party equipment); and

    • any loss caused, or contributed to, by an entrant’s breach of these Conditions of Entry or an entrant’s

  25. These Conditions of Entry are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
